Cryopreservation
Cryopreservation:
1. Most cost effective in all assisted reproductive techniques
2. Preferred to be before orchiectomy.
3. Before chemotherapy and radiotherapy
Post-operative
- 1.
Testosterone replacement. Indicated
at:
a.
Bilateral orchiectomy
b.
Low testosterone after radiotherapy
